Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

At more than 24 hours to the experience, you can rebook by contacting Sörmlands Paintball directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rescheduling, such as larger events and experiences that require long preparation, so there may be some exceptions.

At less than 24 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please note that the experiences often involve preparations that involve costs that must be covered and therefore you cannot get your money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseen has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness) please contact the experience manager so they know that you will not be attending. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are usually welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
